The location was comfortable: a night market and a bazaar were within walking distance. the hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a very quiet area.

Pleasant experience there. Stylish hotel in an easy position close to Airport. Nice pool area, awesome breakfast with local foods and pancakes and central hot water. Location next to all the attractions as well as the centre of town.

The property is perfectly clean and well-maintained. the staff are very pleasant and super friendly. - There is a huge variety of excellent food available. - the location is great, near the main shopping mall and within a short walk to the center, shops, and restaurants. - Overall, it was a perfectly pleasant experience staying here.

The helpfulness of the reception staff was exemplary, always willing to help. All the staff were always willing to be of assistance where and when required. This Hotel is obviously in its infancy stages so all are in a learning curve. I would recommend this hotel to anybody should they be visiting Udonthani. This is the best value for money Hotel i have visited in a long time.

There is not anything i did not like about this hotel. Yes there are areas for improvement---perhaps a larger dining area enabling the staff more room to work. The walk to the breakfast area can be a little wet if there has been a heavy downpour so perhaps this could be swept away before customers arrive for their food. But this is just my thoughts.......No complaints about this hotel whatsoever.

Now the Hotel is under construction, I mean, on the way to grand opening. I would like to stay again after completion.

Staff are not trained much.

I had a great stay at this place on vacation, staying in a lovely modern and fashionable suite with a balcony, enjoying the nice pool and complimentary drinks at the downstairs bar.

The staff were just amazingly helpful at all times. The room was a bit cramped and no bath only shower. But breakfast was very nice. Swimming pool was great. Bed was very comfortable. Short walk to shops was great. Staff and all staff at that was exceptional. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and I will be back next year.

As I said before only the size of our room was a bit small especially the bathroom.

Quiet area, friendly staff, short walk to bus station and shoping centers. The hotel is under refurbishement, and looks totaly new in ground floor.

Nothing to complain about.

Our standard queen room came equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, which was great.

The staff were excellent , and so helpful and friendly, it really made up for some other teething problems

Some of facilities didnt work too well , wi fi seemed a problem and the hot water took a long time to warm up

The hotel still new and not 100% completed, I was given a standard room at the 4th Floor and told the lift is out of order. After arguing, I was offered to stay at Junior suite at no extra charges but with a double bed. I think I would rather stay somewhere if known that it is still not complete.

The venue is exceptionally clean. the staff is excellent and efficient. - the breakfasts are free and amazing with pancakes and local foods. - the service is good, includes ample parking. - the location is decent, not far from the shopping mall, UD town, Central Plaza & Bus Station, and shopping, bus.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They responded to every request quickly, with a smile. The hotel is basically new, having had a complete renovation (which isn't even quite finished). Everything was new and spotless. The restaurant served excellent Thai food. The pool was beautiful. Having stayed in most of the hotels in Udon Thani, I think this one is the best one I've found, and very reasonably priced.

Not a complaint, although I would have liked some non-Thai food on the menu, but that's because I'm not Thai...

The hotel is located in the city center, 10 minutes walk to Central Plaza (under renovation) and ud Town Open air shopping mall.

The bed is too soft and lack support, the more one sleeps to more tire one feels.
